As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email, including a track & trace code. Please note: the status of your order is not immediately visible after receipt of the shipping confirmation, usually only during the evening.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to one of your neighbors or you can pick it up at a delivery point nearby (you will of course be notified of this).
